Help! Friend's job fallen through
 

Hi all

I wonder if any of you can help. My good friend has been a retail manager for 6 years in the UK and had a position organised with a firm in Dubai. The managers flew out and met with him, assured him of securing the position and all was going through and then, as I know is common in this part of the world, he suddenly heard nothing. That was 10 weeks ago and he is naturally quite anxious to secure a new position, particularly as he has a wife and a 9 month old son. It's so awful that this happened, particularly with no explanation or communication.

Does anybody know of any jobs within retail management or anyone who works in that industry who would be willing to take a look at his CV? He's a fantastic bloke and hard worker.

Ps he's also a trained scuba diver instructor so am sure he'd throw in free lessons for anyone who helps!!!
