hey there sum1 help me out ive just moved to sharjah from glasgow . risking all in search of jobas a interior designer . its great loving it but theres just 1 thing , iam losing th plot being bored out ma box not knowing any1 out ere and no not knowing where to go . sum1 help me out lol

Does the Rugby club in Sharjah still exist? If so I'm sure they used to have alcohol available on the premises.

I do interior decorating, anything from knives and forks to furniture...but just freelance by word of mouth type thing...
Sharjah is a bit of a dull place...most people will go to Dubai to socialise...

dull place, aint the words , so ive figured in the past few weeks.
so if u dont mind me asking . hows that going for you, as a freelance designer out here . iam considering that option aswell
just balancing out my options

well, I just happened to meet someone that didn't feel like like decorating his appartment himself, so he gave me the money and I did it for him, he was happy, told other people, etc etc...and then the ball started rolling...but it just a random thing for me...weeks go by when I don't do anything...and it's not designing, it's just decorating...bit like a personal shopper type thing...tell me what you like and I'll go and find it for you concept...

iam here for the commrcial side of design but anyway iam going mental being bored out ma box . so where do i go to kick bak and socialise with some ppl that can understand ma accent or even just the language that iam speaking
