Having a hangover without any bacon sarnies...

...what is the best substitute?

I was in some poncey place called 'the agency' in madinat last night, AED40 for a sambuca, I must have spent a bomb,

hangover to bollocks to day, no bacon sarnies,

whats the best hangover cure? BEaring in mind me and the lads from footy are meeting at Barasti at 9pm??

Lots of marmite on toast and a glass of orange juice.

Or hair of the dog of course.

Why's that then?
Well I can see hair of the dog on a Thursday morning might get you the sack but what about the toast and juice?

The Agency - poncey??! A little procey maybe, but not poncey - even if they don't sell Brown Ale.

You need two bottles/cans of Pocari and a cheese manakish. Right as rain after that. ;)

well for me then, I prefer normal bars to be honest, I'd never drink in a place like that back home,

£8 for a sambuca, howay man pet, that's just taking the piss.

concur with the manakish - it's the best option. make sure it's warmed, even in a microwave if desperate.

howay man, the other day you had me drooling for fish and chips, now I'm thinking about bacon, black pudding and tomato in a stottie from Sam and Ella's on Railway St :frown:
