Happy hours
Is it my imagination, or a lot of bars now pushing happy hours?
Bar Zar, Trader Vics, The Observatory, The Westin....all seem to be doing good deals now (or rather not ripping people off as much).

the dubai yacht club apparently does one every night from 6pm and there are queues of people waiting to get in...

They have HH at the Sharq Resort here in Doha where you get 2 for the price of 1. Which is nice, because their normal prices are 1 for the price of 2.
