Hammer to crack an egg

Did you hear the announcement on Radio 2 yesterday, the solution to the massive accident last week is to close the road in fog conditions...... that will certainly stop the accidents.

A spokesman stated they were not yet disclosing how they were going to inform drivers when the road would in fact be closed due to foggy conditions.
