I don't although best guesses from people in the area include Nazi memorabilia or something to do with swinging or odd sexual practices.

I'd say the hobby precludes the owner from giving a rat's ar*e about household maintenance and any internal photos would scare away potential buyers. Judging by the external shots, that hobby may well be gardening.

Failing that, I'm going with the owner having a deep interest in scatology.
