he played at st james years back, I was about 8, I think it was expensive but my parents had split up and were both skint - so my mam took me in her tiny fiat 126, bought me fish & chips and we sat outside and listened to them, it was a great time....(I bet bluecat was there)

What a novel idea - an ageing crooner (who, while admittedly still having a fantastic voice, is well past his sell-by date) is the top-of-the-bill headliner.....
