Gary McKinnon

Now that justice has been served (I don't care about him - I just wanted someone to stand up to the US), everyone will be asking the BIG question:

How come his mother looks younger than him? He's 46, for God's sake....... :ohmy:

Not very comfortable with this ruling. Now any terrorist or whoever can claim to be a suicide risk to avoid extradition.

I just don't understand why they can't state the ****ing obvious. He's obviously got some form of mental illness. That means he can't form decisions as 'the normal man' would, to borrow the concept from the British legal system.

Ergo, at the most, it's diminished responsibility.

That's your opinion on the decision? They guy clearly has a screw loose (not the medical term I guess, but diagnosed by credible doctors) and halting his extradition was the correct thing to do. They guy was hardly a terrorist either.
