Sadly, the hijacking of interesting threads, usually by the same two or three people, to spout bollocks that means nothing to anyone other than those two or three people, isn't against the forum rules. Quel dommage.

Still, with official mod hat on, I *can* say that if you want to spout bollocks that means nothing to anyone other than yourself and two or three other people, there's always the Sand Pit. Oh, look where we are :D

BTW, you might be interested to know that *I* didn't "run for" mod. Apparently several people nominated me, and the first I knew about it was when I got a PM saying that several people had nominated me, and did I want to be a mod? TBH, it was the last thing I ever expected, because I enjoy a good argument far too much :D
