Default Funny miss-pronounced English words by Arabs

I was thinking of posting this earlier, but now that Mr. Saudiflares has been incontinenced I thought I'd share the following with you.

Was talking to my GF (half Emirati, half Egyptian, native Arabic speaker) last night about various procedures that need to be undertaken here to get things done - one of which was a visit to a government department in Deira.

"Then you take it to the Frogin Office" she said.

Cue much hilarity from me.

Anyone got any others.

And no, not looking for pics from Engrish website.

There's no p in arabic, so western words that use the letter p are transliterated with the arabic ba when written in arabic. Pizza, for instance, gets transliterated into beetza.

Some time ago, I used to work as a trainer. Part of my presentation technique to get the trainees interested in the rather boring training materials was to crack some jokes, and the technique did actually work. However, It was only after quite some time that I’d realized that their giggling and laughter were sometimes more about my accent/English than about my actual jokes. I, never the less took it on the chin and decided to use it to my own advantage. So whenever I was not in the mood or I ran out of joke ideas, and the audience were native English speakers I’d just twist my tongue and pretend it was natural, and say some stupid jokes in broken English and I would have them going.
It must have worked, because I always got good feedback.

Jeep Cherokee becomes Jeeb sher-ro-key

In fairness, you should hear me try and get "sabāh el-khair" out of my mouth.
