it's fine to have some background knowledge - but to put together a slick professional site that the clients is happy with is a skill in itself, not a little quick fix add on.
I'd really consider working on the graphics (inc. flash etc) and leave the css, apache, php coding, html, various browser compatibilities, etc,etc to some one who knows these inside out...
Spugs - you may find coding teams in India you can use on spefic jobs for one off fees - the client need never know you outsource the coding?

That's the point, Auto. Why waste time and energy when you can GALMI. Focus on what's gonna bring in the bread and that, from experience, is being able to understand what the client wants. I'm sick of briefing *creatives* who then go off and do what they think I should have, rather than what I want.
