Football.......
Does anybody have an idea if the England Russkia match is on any channels here tonight.
I would assume if any, it will be on Al Jazeera Sports +1 or 2

Re: Football.......
on Al Jazeerah 1 from 7pm according to Seven Days...but don't expect to watch an enjoyable game, unless you are Russian...I fear the worst on the plastic pitch.

Re: Football.......
and dont forget all top English clubs have indoor astro pitches.
Astro has gone a long way since the bouncy old days of Luton and QPR.
pity the game is on Al Jazeerah. no language choice for the commentary!

Re: Football.......
England should beat Russia no matter what pitch they are playing on.
Have far superior players and the Russians will be match rusty as their season I believe is in winter shutdown already.
(Sorry for that outburst, was plugging my British style newspaper reporting, hoping that the typically biased English press are reading and offer me a job)
It will be a tight match, but should scrape a 2-0 win, even without Terry
