That's good Jimmy... I also had a bit similar problem couple of days ago,but not as extreme as in your case...

Hope your feeling better LJ.

I never get food poisoning, and it would do me a world of good to get a few pounds off. I have packed in the alcohol. Never had a drop all weekend
