If anyone is feeling really fit and wants to mix it up a bit then give tabata training a go, its a real killer.

I've been mixing my regular weights sssions up with HIIT - had a go at a tabata routine and nearly died.

This should explain it, can be used for lots of different types of training - but its one of those ones that if you do it properly you will swear never to do it again.

Excuse the pics

well done. it so helps. My wife came along to my running club last night. i stayed with the nipper and we had a picnic whilst she went for a run. she loved it. It is more than a workout, its quite a social gathering.

So good on you, and dont underestimate 40 lengths of a pool, that is pretty damned good.

Just give up the snouts and you will be ok!!
