Well at last my meisterwerk is complete and in true Middle East fashion I would like to blame several people for the delays in finishing it off:

• the illustrator who disappeared for three weeks
• the editor who had a mental breakdown *
• my company for forcing me to work when I could have been writing

*breakdown unrelated to quality of my prose

Anyhow it is available in both paperback and kindle:

As I may have described earlier it is a novel set in the Middle East but more about the individual than the region to be fair.

Thanks, as it happens (regardless of how good or bad it is) it has been one of the hardest things I ever completed. It took a lot of focus to see it through, I have a new respect for actual writers.

It's amazing you did it. I've been trying to write my book for about 2 years, I have about 4 chapters so far. Totally stuck, and also no time. Then I start writing something else instead to try and get going again but it doesn't really work.

I bought it :-) happy to support a fellow writer.
