I really feel for you, Insy. I think your situation just shows that most of the workforce in Dubai are held to ransom by unscrupulous employers and local sponsors. You are just a piece of meat, and your every move is dependent on the whim of people with strange ideas on business. Saying Insha'allah is not the way to run a business.
