That's a red car??? Interesting - somebody must know who owned that............. he could afford a Ferrari, but not the speeding fines?? How much were they???

The auction is tomorrow.............. come on then: let's club together and buy it - then brag about it at the night out.......

A commenter mentioned that the guy leased it, which makes a heckva lot more sense than a owner abandoning it for speeding fines; UAE fines aren't like Switzerland.

I actually read the article, it states the following

He said the 23 luxury cars on sale had accumulated fines ranging from Dh98,300 to Dh100,000 (£16,900 to £17,000)


and

Ten of the impounded luxury cars belong to Emiratis, seven to Europeans, one to a Russian expatriate and the remainder were owned by companies.


Could have been his..but if you could afford an Enzo, why not a fine? Stupid? Yes.
