Hamad Airport Doha opens today
First flight is Fly Dubai at around 11am I understand. Then it should be a full card of 10 LCC's until Qatar Airways takes up residence toward the end of May.
Should be a fun day at work!

I have a flight tonight and by sheer luck I chose a different airport to transit through other than Doha.

All went rather well. No nasty's and all peace and quiet in the tower. At least until a call from a paranoid tech at 6:30am had me rushing in to find the problem in question related to the as yet unopen runway!! 
At least I can claim the award for first call out
About 20-30 flights a day at the moment, so not exactly busy.
