Not sure Saudi Nationals only, perhaps you meant Government sector only!

In our company (public sector) - only for Saudi Nationals.

Sunday was marked as Saudi National holiday but the King announced that Saturday will also be a holiday in the Government sector, hence the extended weekend. I believe all local and international school will also remain close.

Sunday 23rd Is national day and an official holiday for all employees. Saturday was also added for public sector workers (and schools). Some public sector companies have joined in.

Official holidays are not related to nationality.
