Expat TV service

Just saw an advert for this in that there banner at the top of the page - http://www.ex-pat.tv/ - anyone have any experience of using it?

If it's any way half decent I'd be very tempted to sack off OSN and replace it with this.

why don't you just download all your TV via a torrent site?

that requires planning ahead. I would like something like this. I tried to get further info about the uktvabroad.co service but they don't bother replying

FWIW, the likes of the services you mention are unlicensed (i.e. they're rebroadcasting copyright content without permission) and could potentially be shut down at any time.

And what's the point of paying £19 per month for British TV when you can get it for a single annual VPN subscription? With a computer and VPN you can watch live UK television and also use the catch-up services like iPlayer, ITV Player and 4oD.

I notice that they are working with some organization called britishexpat.com. Maybe if you joined you would get a discount???

Just a thought.

I stream loads of TV programmes live anyway. There are loads of sites that do it for free. No VeePeeN needed either. Just google em.
