Sorry buddy, the old Scamp would have bitten on that challenge, the new one can't.

I'm a changed man. Up to 4kgs lost now, with zero effort.

4Kgs is very good - the next 4Kg will be easy for you - then you'll be needing new clothes.

I've accidentally lost 3kg since the start of the year. Started doing the 7-app on the ipad and decided to eat a smaller portion for dinner as portions in my house are massive (no other changes - but I don't really eat between meals anyway).

BTW - BK offer is until 25th Jan.

7 minute workouts, daily. Obviously you can do lots repeated or whatever.

Pizza hut:

A bit more expensive, at 69AED - so I guess it's aimed at dinner.

2 Medium pizzas including the new Hot Dog crust pizza
4 Garlic Breads
Wedges
Large Salad
4 Cokes.

Apparently serves 5. I guess the maid doesn't get a drink.
