I'm not fussed about going mad for it, I'll keep certain things out my diet and am being a bit more careful, once I get to low 100's I'll be happy. I guess getting under 100 would be good because then I can do the skydive, but that will take the effort of running / gym being added to healthier diet and I know I'm just not that interested / motivated to do it.

Like smoking, I'll stop when I want to, otherwise there's no point in me bothering.

If you get under 100 Kilo i'll guarantee that you'll want push on .

Maybe. I've not made any effort in recent years. I used to be a gym bunny, when I worked at one I'd train everyday and played lots of sport.

I should go and play 5-a-side really, but know I'll get bored of people wanting to fight / taking it too seriously and generally being knobheads.

To be honest, I'm not that bothered which is why I'm not making any real effort.

That's proper mental.

and they wonder why there is so much obesity and diabetes here, however I have been watching Weight Loss Ward which was filmed in Sunderland where 25% of the population are obese. No idea how they got in that state because from what I remember there is only one shite McDonalds.

Money doesn't buy you health , it's worth making an effort to be healthy. The older you get the more you value your health as the more your health deteriorates.
Teeth are a good example.

Well, teeth might be a good example, but you can get false teeth. A false liver or heart is still a bit in the future. Still, good point, and anyone who buys that BK heart attack/ diabetes inducing combo gets all that they are asking for. I mean 6 cans of Coke! At 330ml, that's two litres more or less. Why not just hand over a 1KG bag of sugar instead?

Surely it's designed for sharing and not meant to be consumed by one person?

I took one look, and instantly presumed it was a meal for one....

I'd eat the lot. Well, the old me would have.

No fast food at all so far this year - comfortably the easiest thing I've stopped myself from eating.
Two rounds of golf, swim and gym in the diary for this weekend.
No booze for 17 days now.
Still smoking **** loads though.

Seriously 6 burgers? In one sitting? How long would that take you?
