On the back of their megabucks financial (unfairplay?) deal with Man City...

OK I buy an Economy Multiflyer thingy to shuttle between AUH and RUH. 12 flights in one go.

Brings the cost down considerably. Plus you get one leg upgraded to Business Class as part of the deal.

So in preparation for my business class leg tomorrow I phone up well in adavance to book the Chauffer service that comes with Business Class to be told that I am not entitled to it on a Multiflyer upgrade. News to me. Why did they not spell that out when I purchased etc etc? Will I even be allowed in the lounge?

It's a very minor gripe (taxi less than 40 chips from my home) but one that I need to share with you good people. It's the little things...Shitc unts
