MH _ what is the title of the magazine? Scarlet has been around for a few years now and has reasonable circulation although their most recent editor has resigned and is moving to Dubai shortly.

Why is it that magazine only seem to think that women are interested in the two types of men mentioned - musced beefcake or pretty boys? Most women I know have no real interest in either and a relatively normal decent looking guy in reasonable shape is invariably preferred.
Perhaps these types of magazines don't sell to women as we are more interested in other aspects of men (humour, charm, wallets for some, love of animals etc) rather than just their appearances? I echo the sentiments regarding Paul Newman & Robert Redford earlier, but usually envisage them as Butch and Sundance and they were also appealing characters. Lucky Katherine Ross.
