Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to watch Premiership Rugby on my TV in Dubai?

Al Jazeera, but there isn't loads on normally. One game a weekend seems about right and they won't think twice about cutting it midway through to show some poofball.
NOW, that may all have chance since AJ have the footie now, so really...don't expect to get it. They do, however, show loads of that southern hemisphere wank.
