banks are crying out to give loans....just ring their customer services number and i'm sure you'll be able to sort it out over the phone.

Done that, and the level of ineptitude is staggering. From "Your company isn't on the list" "Yes it is and they bank with ENBD" to not turning up or returning calls. hence I wanted a recommendation of someone that perhaps one of the bored has used to facilitate things going smoothly.

Can't help - but for once agree with you. I'm a business customer of ENDB for 6 years and personal banking for 13+ years - for day to day online stuff they are fine - but when you need to deal with anything in person it all goes to total shit...
