You keep drinking your protein shake, with your smelly farts thinking it's getting you bigger. It's not.

Choose hydrolyzed whey isolates without lactosis.
I don't use them.

If they're a con, why do you use them? Makes no sense whatsoever.

thanks folks....the reason I brought this up is because people say the intense 20 or so minutes you do this 'workout' it apparently stimulates your muscles way more than doing a 20 min weights routine

I have to be honest and say I am really shyte at doing weights, I just don't have the patience to do the reps and then break for 30 or so secs and do another set of reps etc.

I work out 5-6 days a week with a combination of going to the gym 2-3 times a week and doing my bounce fit class 3 times a week. My gym routine is purely cardio and I do a good 45-50 mins, combination of running (I usually run 3-4 miles), followed by bike and cross trainer, followed by a few sets of different crunches and some plank work.

I rarely go near the weights coz I'm just too lazy for that, and so I figured maybe this EMS can help me with strength and tone.

A few sets of crunches and plank work will probably do more than this stick on tickler.

I love the comments on this thread. I imagine overweight people talking about exercise training regimes ... probably in much the same way we are all better England team managers

I have been offered a free lesson with a company called Fit In Time. I guess no harm in trying it out, innit.

I don't exercise.

I cycle, I swim, I eat a normal diet with few processed crap and I don't drink heavily. That's all one needs to do. It's not that hard
