eGate cards - renewing in Dubai with Abu Dhabi visa

Mrs Auto needs to renew her egate card - it was issued before in Dubai when she had a Dubai visa. The egate card has now expired however she is now on an Abu Dhabi visa.

Anyone know if we can renew this Duabi egate card while now on an Abu Dhabi visa?

Thanks if anyone knows...

I am not 100% sure but I think if you take a copy of your tenancy agreement proving you reside in Dubai they will do it. We are the same and I take it when I renew the car but they never ask for it ever.

I got my e-gate card at DXB late last year with an Abu Dhabi visa, didn't bat an eyelid.
