Start work at 7am most days. Finish around 5

That's during the week, weekends are typically 3-4am alarm calls.

Monday and Wednesdays I'm in the pool at IBN Battuta at 6am
Tuesday I'm sat on my bike in my garage at 4am

Never been the type to sleep in. I do get my 8 hours often though as I have a nightly race with my 6 year old to see who can get to bed first

Funnily enough, it's 5 am on a Friday and I'm typing this just as I leave the door :D
