DXB Duty Free Inbound

Arriving on Emirates (if that makes a difference). Is there a duty free on arrival?

Two in fact in T3 - one on the right by the luggage belts and one on the far left corner near (but before) customs.

Not sure why they have two as the contents of both shops seem identical.

can't help thinking they'd be busier if they'd put a long one right down the middle or one that you had to walk through at the end

I've always thought Dubai Duty Free was a bit of an oxymoron, seeing as how you don't pay VAT here.

They may as well change its name to "HEY! BUY YOUR ALCOHOL HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LICENCE".

We even thought they could confiscate it and recycle back to the Duty Free shop... The perpetual revenue stream....
