He has 1 or 2 DWC tickets for sale. they are the 180dhs ones.

This is from the site's FAQ:

Children
1) Children on push chairs will not be allowed entry to the races. All Children will require a badge/ticket to enter any hospitality area including the International Village.
2) NO SPECIAL PRICING FOR CHILDREN
