it will be mostly dispatched to tourist areas to show - in the words of deputy police director, Gen Khamis Matter al-Muzaina - "how classy Dubai is.

Dubai seeks to show it has rebounded from its debt crisis with brash plans that include the world's largest Ferris wheel and a satellite city named after the city-state's ruler.

which is what I have said this is all about, it's a PR stunt, I quite like it though

"classy"

Not much use as a proper police car as to get away from it you only need to take a road with speed bumps!

Speed bumps don't worry Lamborghini's in Dubai.

Italy already had Lamborghini Gallardo police car, but it was involved in a crash.

Australian Porsche Panamera police cruiser

German police with 911

UK police with Ferrari 612 Scaglietti

So Dubai is kinda late to the supercar as police car. I don't understand how the word classy applies to a Lambo police car.

The Ferris wheel is happening.

The new crescent shaped island in the sea off jumeirah is going ahead too. I can see the boats working 24/7 dredging and dumping the sand.

Some shit is happening, just not much.
