Dubai To Turn Electric and Water off overnight?
Yep, that's the most ridculous thing I have ever heard, someone who works for DEWA told me that government officials have propsed this as apparently things are so tight that it's to save money. The proposed "blackouts" are supposed to be from 12 midnight until 5am.
I think this must only affect residential but surely there is no way they could do that, it would cause chaos!! Think of your fridge and freezer defrosting everyday and no aircon!!
