Dubai Short Term Let
I'm in need of finding a short term let (2 months) but really struggling at the moment. I need something towards Marina end of town with transport links. I've tried Dubizzle / Propertyfinder etc but people either don't answer or they're just idiots.
Does anybody have any proper local contacts that can help? Or any suggestions? I'm trying to keep it below 10k a month.

A bit left field, but have you tried AirBnb? There are some monthly rentals on there.

Well you can find a studio on short term (all bills paid) in disco gardens for between 5k and 6k easily depending on the quality of the furniture and fixtures
But I do remember someone telling me that the prices for short term in Marina have come down as well...thanks to this AMAZING fiscal past couple of years we are having ofcourse!

Loads of the hotel apartments in Tecom / Barsha can sort you out. Right next to the Metro too.
