I was confused by this one - it sounded like he was wanting to move permanently to Dubai. He only bought the property as he couldn't afford one in UK and wanted to move from his Mum's house. There was no mention of a job or a sponsor in Dubai so how would he live?

Watched the programme..just a rehash of the high risks of buying off the plan. Shouldn't put people off buying in the secondary market in Dubai though.
I did like Part III as it showed good close-up shots of my boat (one with the red bimini top) at the yacht club in Dubai Marina.
