I was told about 3 months ago that they had already been told unofficially that they had it..Sk. Mo is planning the "biggest, loudest, highest, longest" firework display in the world to celebrate..
Official announcement on Wednesday 27th and then Thursday 28th declared a holiday.
They would have needed time to arrange the fireworks
