It's base for a fair few European tour pros. Stenson, Havret, Edfors. Decent winter sun and very good practice facilities help. Like Florida is for the US golfers.

Plus tax free if they stay long enough and closer to asian venues on the tour

Stenson moved to the US

Hello new poster.

Why did you 'give up' on brunches?

It's just a lunch for a set price. Last Friday we had a lovely brunch with some friends at a 5 star hotel by the creek, loads of fab a la carte food, several bottles of decent wine and all for Dhs 250 a head. No one got plastered or lairy and a good time was had by all. And no one shagged in a cab.

Re: Dubai brunches...

A while ago I bought vouchers for brunch at Sanabal at The Pullman Hotel for four people. These are valid until the end of the month, but due to numerous commitments, I will be unable to use then so they are for sale. The normal brunch price is AED 390 per person, but the vouchers are just AED 780 for FOUR people, so that’s a mere AED 195 per person.

The offer is the ‘Bubbles Plus Brunch Package” and includes a full buffet, cooking stations, BBQ, Japanese foods, selection of wines including a sparkling blanc de blanc, spirits, range of desserts etc. (Alcohol is unlimited!)

Fridays only, from 12.30 to 4pm. Valid up to and including 28th December.

If you want to take children, those aged under six eat for free and older children are AED 95 and this can be paid at the hotel.

So if anyone will like these vouchers – it is a good deal and a good brunch – please let me know. All four to be sold together for AED 750. Vouchers to be collected from Umm Sequim, Tecom or at the next meet up.

Thanks

On the golf thing.............. nobody mentioned that admission was free-of-charge - surely a recipe for disaster in a town known for its high twat quotient?

And did this thread set a record by going off-topic in the very first post???

If people really wanted to pay that much for a brunch, wouldn't they have bought the vouchers themselves?
http://www.cobone.com/deals/dubai/pu...e-dining/13841 You really need to offer a bigger discount to tempt us.

Why should she? You'll buy them if they are 'cheap' but won't pay full price?? She did............. you amaze me.

You really are a very odd man. Not everyone knows about these offers and it's not available now. You wouldn't be tempted by anything until it was practically free anyway.

I am giving people an option to pay AED 190 a head for an all in brunch that usually costs AED 395. Suggesting that is expensive just makes you look very tight. It's a good offer, so please take your perpetual misery elsewhere.
