Dubai brars and hotels during Ramadan

Hey guys

My first Ramadan here - have heard some places may or may not be open during Ramadan. Anyone know the best place to look online or easiest just to buy TimeOut...? Need to organise some birthday drinks for a mate and initial date mooted was mid September....

Most if not all bars and restaurants will be open in Dubai. Alcohol served from 7 or 7.30pm - no live music or dancing so clubs will likely be shut.

Best not to get too raucous unfortunately - but all is fairly normal.
