About the worst location in Dubai. Absolutely nowhere within a 10 minute walk and very few taxi drivers know how to get there. My choice would be Country Club, Sea View, Panorama Grand or Ascot Hotel but then I prefer Bur Dubai. For a good night, visit Club7 Filipino Night Club at the Park Regis nearby.

Maybe he knows a happy hour/ cheap night, but I have two credit card slips totaling 495AED and a massive burn on my hand from a flaming sambooka. I was only there 2 hours...

Mentalist wouldn't know a happy hour as it is beyond his cheap comprehension to be be even mildly amused. As to spending money! well, don't be silly - he is a bloke who buys paintstriper wine because it's cheap, and hang the quality. I'm sure he was much happier in Saudi, making wine out of Rauch fruit juice, and having no outside distractions on which to spend his money.
