I can't see any reason why they implemented this rule, let's face it the people in the desert were hardly going to be paying their ludicrous prices to attend the Burj Al Arab event were they? stupidity

I'd actually love to see that just to see the reaction - the cries from the whole world of our racism and bigotry - seems ok when small GCC states do it though ;)
