Dubai Airport - Terminal 3
My second transit experience here..................... an utter shambles. LHR T5 is superb compared to this.
First time, I thought I was just unlucky - having to walk miles from gate to transit desk to security to departure area, with huge queues, etc (without the queues I estimate the walk would have "only" taken 15-20 minutes)........
............ but this morning it's even worse. I know early mornings are busy at airports, but........... I lost count of the number of people I overheard complaining along the lines of ".... but they told us to go this way, and now you're sending us back that way...." (etc).
Emirates advertises itself all over the world ("Fly Emirates" is on a million football and rugby shirts), so most of those being targeted would use Dubai as a transit hub.
My advice is - don't.
