Crack is a freebase form of cocaine and is much more addictive than cocaine. Heroin is less addictive than coke, but more addictive than morphine, which is more addictive than opium.

Hash is resin made from grass (cananbis indica). Dope is a street name for hash. The word hash originates from hasheesh, which originates from Al-hashaseen, which is the arabic for assassin (also the etymological root of the english word). Marijuana means the same thing as grass. All are derived from the same plant, the psychoactive ingredient is THC.
