Don't suppose anyone wants to find me a new place to live?
Just asking....!
Not sure I can be faffed to try and find a new place. Currently live in Bain Al Jasrain, in a 3 bed small villa, 2 bathrooms. Landlord is being an absolute twonk and I might have to move.
Moving date would be beginning of July. I work out near the airport.
Am looking for:
Definitely
2 bedrooms, preferably 3
2 bathrooms - one can be a shower room rather than a full bathroom
Not ground floor of an apartment block, although a villa would be fine
Would like
Decent sized kitchen
Balcony/outside space
Parking
Pool
Would prefer not to have an apartment in what was once a villa which has been carved up, unless it was the (whole of the) top floor. Some of the carve ups are terrible. Bain Al Jasrain has some lovely houses which clearly are too big now for what the market wants, so they have been hacked around and are hideous!
I dont mind a small commute, but dont want to move to Dubai.
Am not sure about Al Reef and also, when I rang today, the prices for the 3 bed are more than I want to pay.
Price range - no more than 100K.
So anybody fancy having a look for me? Preferred areas are:
Bain Al Jasrain
Sas Al Nakhl (yeah right - 100K??!!)
Manasir
Karamah
Al Bateen
Khalidiyah
Would prefer not to live in:
Tourist Club area
Falah Street/Electra/Salam Street
Thanks very much!

if it had been here I could have listed availability with my eyes shut speaking of which that API Tower near you is fabulous
