Frightfully sorry I didn't reply to every member who responded but as you are a, non-Geordie, a girl and feel able to judge a person from a couple of forum postings then I've decided I'm not going to be overly concerned whether or not you like me. I am however sure, that in time our wounds will heal and we will both be able to move on from this bruising encounter. Failing that we could just go to the pub and get totally wan kad.... but not in the Copthorne...

I tend not to Cockerney-ise anything I say but when talking to one of our soft southern shandy drinking cousins I like to drop in the odd knees up mother brown or roll out the barrel just to make them feel comfortable and re-kindle the old blitz spirit. I find that usually works a treat and makes for a very spirited conversation
