Different cultures
 
So get this, I complain to landlord about my kids having to wade through 4 inches of "human piss and shit" after sewage tanks overflowed. I suggested to him that the watchman could have easily put a plank of wood or such across the new pool.

His reply....."I do not know about your culture but to use such swear words is unaccaptable in ours. Maybe you use those words in front of your friends and children but you can not use them to us in our culture".

The missus dragged me from the computer begging me not to reply. My thoughts were along the lines of "My culture long ago got past raw sewage running down the streets yet all you are ****ing bothered about is a few ****ing swear words!:curse::curse::curse::curse::curse:

I phoned Gorden Brown who was'nt available but he did give me Tony's number. He will pay a visit tomorrow and abuse him horribly.

Nothing to do with culture to be honest it is him just being obnoxious and not wanting to spend money, I can assure you if it was his home where he resides he would have been on the phone to the municipality directly.

Tell him you will contact the municipality and rera and tell them the situation, hopefully this will prompt some action.
