When you say Burj do you mean At.mosphere at Burj Khalifa or Skybar at Burj Al Arab? You'll need to book for both.

Thank you. I love your top tip - the weird thing is, by the description you gave of the terrace I spotted that place while sitting in another restaurant and asked a few people which bar/restaurant it belonged to - nobody knew.
