Declaring bankruptcy in the UK as a non national

Anyone have an experience of this?

and no its not me.

Anyone got a good contact or recommendation of a firm who can guide someone through this, from establishing residence etc until the final court petition etc.

Not me old chum but a friend is trying to be one of these on a much much smaller scale. Just looking for a recommendation of a firm or legal type who can walk him through it.
