Dunno if any AbDabbers are interested, but frequented a Tandoor Express last night...

Whilst not true Brindian, it was a passable Pakistani attempt at Brindian..

Only INdian on my eat list so far in Abu Dhabi, so if anyone else has ideas?

For good Indian food we go to Bombay Chowpatty. Great dosas and butter chicken. Cheap as the proverbial chips.

Biryani Pot in Umm Suqeim 1 is my favourite but the restaurant is tiny and they are geared for take aways, Not sure how far as we're very close, but their dum style biryanis are beyond delicious and the rest of the menu is superb, especially the prawn masala and dhal makhani. Good value for such delicious food.
