So story basically a woman dies after being bitten by her pet black mamba snake- possibly a suicide- so...
Ok a couple of points-
How do you even fit 75 snakes into a New York apartment- they are tiny!
Why would you keep such a poisonous snake at all?
Doesn't black Mamba make you giggle (snigger snigger)?

Possibly a Lou Bega fan who got confused between "Mambo Number 5" and "Mamba Number 5" Still a bloody silly thing to have in an apartment, I mean, don't they have pest control?
