Don't be stupid - I'm curious why your life always seems to run in such a complicated fashion. There is usually a reason.
Anyway, never mind............ you've just hinted at the answer, and at the same time reminded me why we fell out before.

FFS. I do a bit of work for once and miss all the personal attacks.
I've been coming up with new ones and can't wait to use them.

hahahaha, cool, I was actually going to post that she will run to the Mods now, but I had to do a little errand so only just got back in...damn
Are you going to try and have me banned, lol....
The dean was the one getting insulted, but I guess it wasn't actually him who reported this 'violation'...

guess I am also not allowed to say that the OP left it all a little bit late, seeing baby is already 6 months old and they are planning to leave for UK in 2 weeks time? Cause if that's the type of post that is now being deleted, god help us all.

OK - I have been in meetings and missed all of that...........
Is there a site rule that says that, if I am the one getting insulted, I have a right to see the deleted posts?
And MH is right - I would never report anything to anyone..........

Re: Daughter's visa issues
OP, i haven't read the whole thread, apologies.
Can you confirm whether your daughter was born in UAE or out? That will make a difference.
If your daughter was born in the UAE you will definitely not be able to get out without a residence visa.
Bear in mind that if all your paperwork is in order you can get a residence visa in 24 hours or less.
If your daughter was born outside of the UAE, you will be able to pay the fines necessary to catch up.
I am happy to help you out if you need someone who knows (pretty much!) the processes.

Re: Daughter's visa issues
Typical BE experts in here again I see. Reckon they know it all and dont mind stirring the pot when challenged. More like expatwoman here nowadays.
I also mentioned on page 1 that I came unstuck with the NEW Ejari rule when getting my new babies visa a few weeks ago.
It is not a new rule of getting leases registered with Ejari it is just being made compulsory to have it attested when needing it for visas since December 2012, which is why most of you havent come across this strictness just yet. And no it is not the landlords responsibility as I was told by RERA. The onus is on the tenant, think of it as a new tax that is being implemented.
